1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and placing an order with William Sea Fashion Ltd, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Pricing

  • All products are luxury evening gowns handcrafted in Turkey.
  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
  • We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice.
  • Product colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Payment must be received before order processing.
  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets via Shopify Payments.
  • Your payment information is encrypted and secure.

4. Made-to-Order Items

  • Custom or made-to-order items require 7–14 days production time.
  • These items cannot be cancelled once production begins.
  • Measurements must be accurate; we are not responsible for sizing issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, images, and designs are owned by William Sea Fashion Ltd.
  • Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events.
  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United Kingdom.
