1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
- You may return eligible items within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in pristine condition with all original tags, packaging, and garment bags intact.
- All accessories, belts, and embellishments must be included.
- Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly made.
To initiate a return: Email us at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and authorisation within 24 hours.
2. Full Refund Guarantee
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.
- If approved, your full refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
3. Free Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour, subject to availability.
- If your preferred size or colour is unavailable, we will issue a full refund or offer store credit.
- Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items – 100% Guarantee
- If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
- We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including all shipping costs.
- For quality issues discovered after wearing (e.g., loose beading or faulty zippers), contact us within 30 days for a repair, replacement, or refund.
5. International Returns
- UK Returns: FREE return shipping for orders over £300.
- International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
- Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
