At William Sea Fashion Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Your UK Consumer Rights
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without giving any reason. We extend this to 30 days to give you more time to decide.
Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return items for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be included
Items We Cannot Accept for Return:
- Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Earrings and pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Items returned after 30 days
How to Return Your Order

Step 3: We'll provide you with return instructions and a returns address
Step 4: Securely package your items with all tags attached
Step 5: Send your return via a tracked postal service
Return Shipping Costs
UK Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we'll cover all return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability.
To arrange an exchange, please contact us at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at williamsea.wsuk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the faulty or damaged item
- A description of the issue
We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
